Ash Wednesday: Is Treasure Your god or Is God Your Treasure?

As Lent begins, the Church invites us to examine our lives and draw closer to God.  The work of Lent is the work of being sure that our hearts are given wholly to God.  If, as Jesus said, our hearts are with our treasure, then a key question for Lent is whether the treasure of this world is our god, or if God is our true treasure.
