Lenten Organ Recital Series
St. Paul's is very fortunate to have a wonderful 32-rank pipe organ, which was built and installed by the Schantz Organ Company in the spring of 1996. Voiced in English Romantic style, the instrument is extremely versatile and can handle music of any period.
St. Paul's Lenten Noontime Organ Recital Series is a twenty-year tradition in Bakersfield and attracts music lovers from diverse faiths and backgrounds. Different local organists perform, including St. Paul's own Sue Wagner.
