The Outreach Committee
The Committee's Mission
In keeping with Christ's call to follow him, and to serve the least of these his brethren (Mt 25:40), our purpose is to encourage and enable and equip the members of St. Paul's to identify the physical and spiritual needs of "the sick, the friendless, and the needy" (BCP) in our local community of Bakersfield, and in the world, and to develop and organize the means by which our parish can appropriately participate in making positive changes in their lives to the mutual benefit of all.
